Job Responsibilities

  • Contact with clients when required and interact with clients and build relationship with them while ensuring their needs are being met;
  • Welcome all clients, visitors (local & foreign), and guests into the front office in a professional manner;
  • To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents, bills and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records;
  • Record, file and track all outgoing and incoming courier;
  • Ensure record of staff movements in and out of organization in the movement register;
  • Necessary support providing to the HR and Administration as deemed appropriate;
  • Collect necessary information and promptly report office activities directly to responsible department;
  • Excellent communication and telephone skill. Operate telephone, answer call and transfer to the concerned person;
  • Client refreshment & Kitchen Store management and inventory control;
  • implementation of client service protocols and resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner;
  • Manage all matters pertaining to reception/office appearance and utilities;
  • Provide proper guidance to the visitor’s with proper etiquettes;
  • Maintain Telephone Directory of the organization. Maintain telecommunication system;
  • Ensure reception area is organized and prepared in perfect manner;
  • Mail Management including Courier, Incoming Call receiving, Office Document collection, Letter dispatching both incoming & outgoing and send to concern person on time;
  • Regular updating the information files of the clients;
  • Contact customers to discuss their precise needs and arrange appointments, if required;
  • Ensure implementation of customer service procedures, policies and standards;
  • Visiting areas assigned by management and follow up accordingly;
  • Prepare and maintain customers’/visitors’ list and contact with clients and find out the new prospects for the company; prepare presentation & present it to the local clients;
  • Must be able to handle the database independently, building a strong relationship with customer;
  • Other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as duty.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/Hons in any discipline;

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)


Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 27 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • 1 year’s prior experience in customer facing roles;
  • Proven experience in a leadership role is required;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers;
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills;
  • Should possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls;
  • Superior organizational and time management skills;
  • Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new task quickly.
  • Honest dynamic, disciplined, self motivated and able to work in under pressure;
  • Candidate should have adequate proficiency in English, knowledge in computer, strong leadership capability and team building efficiency;
  • Overall management of the front desk office;
  • Undertake company promotional activities and assist in preparation/arrangement
