  • Lead the HR, HS, Administrative and Safety actions of the manufacturing facility
  • Workplace Administration & monitoring.
  • Handle set up & upkeep Pc, Printer, Telephone, Fax, Photocopier, AC, CCTV, Fan, Furnishings, RO water system, Bio-Matric system, Furnishings & others.
  • Put together draft of varied official letters, e-mail and so on.
  • Put together all Notices, Circulars, Workplace orders, Assembly schedules, Arrange conferences, File & Flow into the minutes.
