  • Conduct Coaching Wants Evaluation (TNA) of every particular person Division, Division and enterprise items.
  • Gather coaching wants info from the annual value determinations and compile them for evaluation of annual coaching necessities.
  • Proposes yearly coaching and improvement packages and targets.
  • Put together the annual coaching funds.
  • Put together the month-to-month and annual coaching calendar.
  • Organize coaching facilitators/trainers/useful resource individuals to offer coaching.
  • Liaise with totally different Coaching institute and HR consulting companies to rearrange the titled coaching as required if wanted.
  • Coordinate with enterprise Heads for technical up-gradation and Mktg., Gross sales and buyer companies associated coaching and different actions.
  • Set up and coordinate orientation/ Induction packages for all new entrants staff.
  • Set up ability metrics to outline the competencies required for every function/Division to set-up the KPI framework
  • Put together coaching supplies in energy level for audiovisual presentation.
  • Develop a coaching tradition; a proactive perspective in work behavior- utilizing new know-how and strategies among the many staff of the corporate.
  • Perform every other jobs as assigned occasionally.

  • Familiarity with conventional and fashionable coaching strategies (mentoring, on-the-job coaching, e-learning, workshops, simulations and so forth.)
  • Glorious communication and management expertise
  • Self-starter & proactive
  • Good interpersonal ability
  • Potential to plan, multi-task and handle time successfully
  • Robust writing and report maintaining capability for stories and coaching manuals
  • Good laptop, database and energy level expertise
  • Sound information in Bangladesh Labor legislation & guidelines
